Hi Pedro, I understand closing this as there has been no activity for
some time (because I gave up and nuked the system after no feedback and
not knowing what else to do). However in what sense is this not a bug
report? I ran a program which ran into a difficulty, spewed out some
errors and exitted ungracefully. I reported same.
I'm not trying to be difficult I just want to understand the difference
between a bug report and a support request.
