changes for gtk/gnome multibuild.
- run intltool-update in po*
- Build Depend on intltool
- Do not build psiconv support
gnumeric (1.8.1-1) unstable; urgency=medium
* New upstream release. Changes include
* plugins/excel/ms-chart.c: (ms_excel_chart_write): save graph title if
any and if the first chart has no title. (Gnome #301720)
