The problem seems to be:
failed in buffer_write(fd) (10, ret=-1): backend dpkg-deb during
`./lib/linux-restricted-modules/2.6.24-5-generic/nvidia/nv-kernel.o': No space
left on device
Could you please check if you really does not have the disk full?
