Public bug reported:
After change gnome-panel properties to not expand the orders of items will be
change in next login.
I change again to expand and re-login the items (in gnome-panel) return to
correct order.
Some people like me, prefer gnome-panel not expanded.
But after unexpanded of gnome-panel the items order are modified in next login
and need to re-order again.
I put several screenshots in the sequence to demonstrate this bug.
