actually, I don't  think this bug will be fixed, since it is not a bug,
because prc-tools was not ment to work with x86_64 machines (since they
didn't even exist).

It would be great if someone could "port" (or maybe rewrite??--) the
prc-tools patches to work with the actual 64bit gcc. but until then, the
only solution I see is what edward_silicon wrote:

Regarding me, actually I am using windows to write PalmOS apps, since I use
the "Garnet (Palm) OS Development Suite".
