Binary package hint: qt4-designer
Install Qt4 designer without qt4-dev-tools installed, start it up and
click on Help. Nothing happens, not even an error message.
This problem is resolved if qt4-dev-tools (which includes qt4-assistant)
is installed. Note that qt4-docs also needs to be installed, as per bug
134035.
I suggest that qt4-designer should depend on qt4-dev-tools, and qt4-dev-
tools, in turn, should depend on qt4-docs.
