I was attempting to download an update for which I had received an automatic notification, but the system kept telling me I was not permitted despite the fact that I know I had entered the required password for my machine. This occurred a couple of times until the system asked me if I wished to report it, to which I agreed. On the next occasion I opened up I was again informed that there were updates I should download and this time they loaded without any rude remarks. I am grateful for your attention. There is one thing that is bugging me at the moment, which is that I can't get Linux to drive my printer, so it is back to windows every time I want a hard copy of anything!
