Change the order of etc/pam.d/common-session . First pam_unix.so and
later pam_ldap.so. Reboot the computer and the automount will work.

For example:

session required pam_mkhomedir.so skel=/etc/skel/ umask=077
session optional pam_mount.so
session required pam_unix.so
session optional pam_ldap.so
session optional pam_foreground.so

No more changes :)
