For some reason Ubuntu is 4 hours off from what the BIOS or windows is
showing. My motherboard is an Intel 2x Xeon se7505VB2. If I do try
changing the time on XP, it changes the time for Ubuntu? Is there a way
to fix this or can a tool be provided so the user can tweak Ubuntu's
time such that it doesn't conflict with XP?
