First do: sudo cp /etc/apt/sources/list /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/apt/sources.list
Next chroot into /opt/ltsp/i386, mount /proc and run aptitude In aptitude do the update, then hold (=) linux-image-2.6.22-14-386 in 'security updates' section (gives an error during upgrade so far.) Then upgrade packages, quit aptitude and install new ldm. One disadvantage I observed is that I loose my floppies on thin clients after that, usb sticks work perfectly.
