The policy linked above has the full description but basically someone needs to: * Grab the upstream patch * Make a debdiff. * Get the upload sponsored * Get some people to confirm the upload fixed the problem (along with some editing of this bug report) I'm sorry that this hasn't happened yet but Muine is usually a volunteer maintained package, and no-one has volunteered to do this stuff.
