I cannot find the rebuilt in gutsy-proposed.
I placed this in /etc/apt/sources.list:
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ gutsy-proposed restricted main multiverse
universe
After an apt-get update, I still get this output for 'apt-cache policy
