Binary package hint: kgpg
In Kgpg it's a common pitfall that keys are not refreshed when created
or impoted by external tool.
Or even - when using _refresh_ keys from key server, or when closing
kgpg (window).
Please refresh keys:
a) when closing or opening kgpg window
b) after using refresh keys from key server
c) perhaps also, when kgpg window have focus then each few seconds test
timestamps on .gnupg and refresh if needed
