Binary package hint: epiphany-browser
If I select "Clear History" from either the History menu or
Preferences->Privacy it removes the browsing history, but
~/.gnome2/epiphany/mozilla/epiphany/places.sqlite (when dumped) still contains
the history related to downloads.
