Martin, did you happen to try my test at that time?
python -c "import apt; print
apt.Cache()['evolution'].sourcePackageName"
did it print out a package name?
If this occasionally fails, I can just fix apport to produce an error
message about temporarily broken packaging system, but I'd much rather
have this fixed in python-apt properly.
