Public bug reported:

User cannot change hotkeys in amarok.
steps to reproduce:
1) start amarok, goto preferences-key combinations
2) change combination for "Play/Pause" action to "Win+C"
3) save changes, restart amarok

result: hotkey combination was not changed

Kubuntu 7.10
