Binary package hint: util-linux
When I build some package, I like to have responsive system even when
system is under heavy load. When I try to do it with ionice, I'm getting
this error:
$ ionice -c3 dpkg-buildpackage [another opts]
ioprio_set: Operation not permitted
so I assume that even lowering I/O priority isn't permitted for user's
own processes.
