(As a note, please file bugs in hardy's kernel against the "linux"
source package.  This reported issue is _only_ relevant if you've used
module-assistant with alsa-source.)

There's a specific quirk for 0x10280209 in upstream 1.0.16 (now final as
of some hours ago).  The quirk is also present in the alsa-driver source
I uploaded some hours ago.  Please report feedback whether the issue is
present in today's alsa-source binary package (I'm fairly sure it won't
be present).
