Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

Before login into gnome, laptop mode settings are loaded correctly.
After login into gnome and gnome power manager started, laptop mode settings 
are changed.
If login into gnome and disable gnome power manager, laptop mode settings 
remain unchanged.

when ac power is plugged and unplugged, the settings of gnome power
manager triggers first, then the laptop mode settings.

The settings here includes  MAX_LOST_WORK_SECONDS, DIRTY_RATIO and etc,
which can be examined by sudo laptop_mode status
