I have filed it against Ubiquity. It is the name of the program used to
install from the LiveCD. Generally, most bugs that occur during
installation should be filed against it.

There is a wealth of info on the wiki about supplying helpful bug
reports. This might help you in the future:

I'll edit the title to reflect that you were installing Hardy. If it is
possible to provide a screen shot, people might have a better idea of
