Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: system-config-printer-kde

Package: system-config-printer-kde 0.02-0ubuntu2
OS: Kubuntu Hardy Heron (only KDE 3.5.8)

Hi,
today I installed a fresh Testing System via Kubuntu Hardy Alpha 4 Alternate
CD, and was curious about the new printer-setup. Cause I expected it would
auto-configure my printer so I could immidiatly print.

I started my Printer (HP Officejet K550) and put the usb in my Laptop
(Dell Latitude D630) and expected a nice popup... but, nothing happend.

Then I tried to run the program manually, but it just gives no output, its even
not possible to kill it with strg+c.
Note that I doesn`t have KDE 4 installed. But I don`t think the program is
mentioned to only run in KDE 4. Or am I wrong?

Don`t hesitate to ask for more Information. I m usually online on
irc.freenode.org in #kubuntu-de.org as emu
