I believe this occurred in xnest previously. I used to start the
flexiserver as "gdmflexiserver --xnest -screen 800x600".
But it certainly occurs in xephyr. I removed xnest after learning that
it was quite old and xephyr was the newer variant. I still see the
problem right now.
