Hi

I'm sorry, that I forgot to answer, that I found the Problem. I did
compile and install a kernel by myself sometime ago and forgot about
that. So after there was a security update of the 6.2.22 Kernel my own
kernel came into the grub menu.list and therefore the whole boot process
was confused. I know was able to solve the Problem, that was of course
my fault and not yours, and now everything works fine again. So I would
like to thank you very much for your answer and I hope you didn't had a
lot of work because of me. 
Furthermore I wanna thank you guys, that is possible to easy install and
configure a Linux Operating System, which also means, it is easier for
me to convince my friends to switch to Ubuntu and have an easier life
with well working Open Source Software.
