Public bug reported:

I ran a dist-upgrade today and received the error "Errors were
encountered while processing: libvirt0 libvirt-bin python-libvirt" I
ran "sudo dpkg --configure -a" in order to attempt to correct this
problem to find all three packages seemed to depend on libxen3.2, so I
ran "sudo apt-get install libxen3.2" to which I received this error

Unpacking libxen3.2 (from .../libxen3.2_3.2.0-0ubuntu3_amd64.deb) ...
