Here in Iran Saturday is the first day of the week. Thursdays and Fridays are the weekends. I have the problem just now and see 9th-15th using the "Work Week" view when I click the Today button. I'm using evolution 2.12.1-0ubuntu1 (from gutsy-updates). Can you please set all parameters of the preferences of your calendar as same as those in http://launchpadlibrarian.net/11477862/Bug144331.png and reset your evolution and test it again.
