No 'libdvdcss2' package is available from the Ubuntu repositories, so
this cannot be an Ubuntu bug.
Furthermore, on Gutsy (7.10), libc6 is indeed version 2.6.1-1ubuntu9 -
it is no surprise that, if you're running an older release, then libc6
might be older.
