Added splashy and allmost all required pre-dependencies. In my boot/grub/menu.lst "e.g. defoptions=vga=791 resume=/dev/hda5 # defoptions=splash vga=773"
Issue is RESOLVED! (without sysv-rc-bootsplash!)
