Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in with a windowmanager that does not belong to KDE (like FVWM or WM2)
2. Set KDEWM to a winowmanager that does not belong to KDE (like "fvwm2")
3. Execute /usr/lib/kde4/bin/startkde and don't switch desktops while KDE 4 is
starting
4. Click the blue K in the lower left corner and reboot the computer
5. KNotify should crash
