Public bug reported:
I just installed Ubuntu 8.04 (alpha 4 or 5? the latest anyway) in
VirtualBox, and Screens and Graphics doesn't show anything.
It's basically a panel with empty combo boxes in it. I can't select
anything. In the "graphics card" tab there is *nothing*, no controls,
just a gray area.
I installed the VirtualBox guest additions, and they show up correctly
in the hardware drivers panel.
I also tried editing the xorg.conf manually, but Screens+Graphics and
also the Screen Resolution config panel didn't let me change my screen
resolution. Not sure if this is a bug in the config panel or if there's
just a problem with detecting the virtual box graphics "hardware", even
though the kernel "guest additions" module is installed correctly.
