I am confirming this bug. In my opinion the behaviour is more annoying
than helpful. If it is meant as a security feature, I would suggest to
grey out the button only if the user was actually tying into a text box
at that moment and add an explanation for this into the dialog box.
I can also confirm that right now the greying out happens only
sometimes, but this doesn't seem connected to whether I am tying in a
textbox or not. It seems to happen more often if there are already other
downloads running, but it is difficult to tell. Finally, just placing
the mouse cursor over the "ok" button and waiting for about 5 seconds
also reenables the button.
