Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: thunderbird
I've configured thunderbird to redirect everything to "Local Folders", so email
from various accounts appears in the same place. I saved a draft of an email,
and it seemed to save with no problems, but actually disappeared without a
trace.
I worked out that I hadn't told each account to individually save drafts in
"Local Folders", and changed the settings (which fixed the problem), but it
would be nice if, when removing a top-level directory from the program, any
references to it were redirected automatically. Or at the very least I should
have had an error message telling me the save didn't work. (Or did it? is my
email still there in some hidden place?)
Thunderbird version is version 2.0.0.6 (20071022) (from Help->About), and my
Ubuntu is
