Where? fonts:/// ??? How does a user get there?

System > Preferences > Appearance > 'Fonts' tab > Details... > Go to
Fonts Folder is the only method I can think of.

A regular user can't install fonts there either, but they can to
~/.fonts, so why not make a symlink to it? It's an accessibility issue.
