Binary package hint: pidgin
When you are sent a file through Pidgin and the transfer is complete,
you get a notification message in the conversation window. Then you
track down the file in nautilus in order to open it.
This would be much easier if the message included a link to the actual
file, that launched it when clicked. Something like the attached mockup.
