Public bug reported:

The iwl3945 driver has started to spew hundreds of megabytes of kernel
messages into my syslog, kern.log, and debug log files. It seems this
started with the 2.6.24-7-generic kernel (I'll try with an earlier
kernel to see if it occurs there too).

While my laptop is connected to the AP via wifi, the messages appear like this:
...
Feb 13 09:18:24 CowboyLaputopu kernel: [ 1557.603710] wme:wme_qdiscop_enqueue

While the laptop is not associated, different messages appear:

This spew continues until my root partition is full.
