Public bug reported: The iwl3945 driver has started to spew hundreds of megabytes of kernel messages into my syslog, kern.log, and debug log files. It seems this started with the 2.6.24-7-generic kernel (I'll try with an earlier kernel to see if it occurs there too).
While my laptop is connected to the AP via wifi, the messages appear like this: ...
