Public bug reported:
nvidia-settings should be added to the system tools menu with an icon as
it is when installing the nvidia binary drivers using nvidia's installer
by including a .desktop file.
I see that something similar was already filed but was reported as a
duplicate bug under nvidia-glx, but that package doesn't exist (?)
