Public bug reported:
If you have one or more third party repository added, and you add
another one with a comment containing & , the source will be displayed
in the list as one of your other repos, making it appear as if you have
duplicate entries. However, selecting the entry and clicking 'Edit'
reveals that all the information has been correctly saved, and is just
not correctly displayed.
