To date, only PCI_DEVICE_ID_ENE_CB712_SD, PCI_DEVICE_ID_ENE_CB712_SD_2,
PCI_DEVICE_ID_ENE_CB714_SD, and PCI_DEVICE_ID_ENE_CB714_SD_2 are
supported by the kernel.These macros correspond to PCI subvendor IDs
0550H, 0551H, 0750H, and 0751H.
You will, or course, notice that the ENE CB-710 is not in that list.
