When I try to get to https://addons.mozilla.org/en- US/thunderbird/browse/type:3 I get a "Repairs In Progress" page. I do not have NoScript installed. Looking at the HTML source (and the headers as returned by wget) I see no indication of a redirect of any type on that page which might be disabled due to (for example) NoScript.
If the page is working for some and not others I suspect that the problem is server-side, maybe based on location?
