Clock preferences is always on top when it shouldn't.
1.) Click on the Date and Time.
2.) Click on Locations.
3.) Click on Edit.
4.) Click on Add.
When it works.
1.) Right click on the Date and Time.
2.) Click on Preferences
3.) Click on Locations
4.) Click on Add.
It works!
