thank you for quick reply.

We found, that this bug can be reproduced only with some type of files
(for example: *.dll file, *.exe or *.jar files *.zip files)
text files are working correctly


Note from me: 
This looks that some (magic, or something similiar) looks into content of file.
And if magic found, that content is zipped, then is menu - item hidden.
But as I said, that is only my opinion.
