I can confirm this. Attempting to move into a directory named ...../best#1, dolphin complains that
The file or folder ..../best does not exist. (This is true... it's supposed to be going into ..../best#1) There are also inconsistent undo behaviour with filenames with a # in it. Creating jam#1, moving it to the trash and then undoing creates a file named jam instead. Copy and paste operations however seem to be unaffected.
