Sorry about the typo in the bug title - can't seem to correct it
though...

  I did an upgrade from 6.06 to 6.10 yesterday - and everything seemed to

  But after sudo aptitude update && sudo aptitude upgrade
  
  this morning (CET) my wireless adapter is no longer recognised
  correctly?
