A backport to Gutsy will probably not be done. According to the SRU
policy, the fix should already be deployed and tested in the current
development version before an update to the stable releases will be
considered. For more information regarding stable release updates,

note this bug report is not being closed against the actively developed
kernel and work will continue on trying to fix it for the next release.
If the state of this bug should change such that it qualifies for the
SRU process it will be re-evaluated. Thanks.
