Thanks for doing all the legwork on this one Paul. The patch looks good
and builds properly. I've committed it to Ubuntu's xorg-server git tree
for upload.
Also thanks for flagging related issues *not* solved by this patch; I've
assigned them to myself and will take a look when I get a chance. Sounds
like we just need to build more quirks for those as well.
