I investigated this bug and #107716 again and it is not needed to push
it into edgy-updates anymore. The fix in #107716 was about adding a
"pragma: no-cache" header when the meta-release file was downloaded to
work around over agressive proxies. In the meantime all proxies will
have updated the meta-release information so this update is not required
anymore and 0.45.2 from edgy-updates does just fine.
