The bug was already associated with the package 'linux'. Someone added a
branch for 'linux-source-2.6.24'. When trying to adjust the branch,
'linux-source-2.6.24' resolves to 'linux', and launchpad says you can't
change the status because it is already for the package 'linux'.
Therefore, you cannot edit this branch at all.
