Public bug reported:

When I try to show all networks in range with 'iwlist wlan0 scan' I get
'No scan results'. If I do this as root instead, it takes 10 seconds but
still shows the same response.

I have even noted that I can see networks in NetworkManager but iwlist
still fails to show something.
