Yes. Run:
  sudo mkdir '/etc/ndiswrapper/test driver'
  sudo ndiswrapper -l
and you'll get:
  ls: /etc/ndiswrapper/test: No such file or directory
  ls: driver: No such file or directory
  test driver : invalid driver!

I recommend to change whitespace to _ if you call ndiswrapper -i to install a 
driver.
This would mean that 'test driver' would be 'test_driver'.
