Based on the work here: http://www.psc.edu/networking/projects/hpn-ssh/
I've created a sample patch - however it may be better to include these
patches from the ala-carte patches and place in debian/patches
Works well, I really enjoy having access to the None cipher, and fast
multi-threaded AES.
