Public bug reported:
Kopete 0.12.7 using KDE 3.5.8 on Gutsy
Settings->Configure->Appearance->Emoticons
Clicking "Edit Theme" brings up an editing window with "Add", "Edit", and
"Remove" buttons, but none of those buttons performs any action.
This bug is possibly related to Bug #106586
